Sorry, My Mistake
I have been advertising Blue Bellied Swift Babies on here, When infact they are Pink Bellied Swifts, Me and my girlfriend were sold them as Spiny Tail Lizards, we knew this wasnt right so we done a lil research, we thought they were blue bellied swifts, but now i know that they are pink bellied swifts. This is what we thought they were, very few pics of both pinks and blues anywhere ..... ![]() But this is infact what they are ..... note the 'pink' on the belly ... lol ![]() please forgive us, as they do look very similar... still female is pregnant and hatchlings will still be £10 each... If anyone is looking to buy but dont know what they need just PM me and ill let you know... they look quite big in the pic, but they only grow 7- 8inch max P.S. just to quote from the coast2coast website, these are now very rare ... check the link and look under iguanids Coast To Coast Exotics - Reptile Shop / Reptile & Amphibian Breeder / Supplier of Snakes - Darlington, North East England, UK

They look very interesting, are you able to handle them and are they difficult to keep ?

handling them can be tricky as they are pretty fast, but they arnt hard to keep,
basically they need a heat lamp, uv bulb, somthing to climb on, they eat all kinds of live food, pretty much the same set up as a beardie but certainly not as big, we keep two in a 2ft x 2ft x 18inch and they have more than enough room, they spend most of their time climbing on the back wall. they do need about 2inch of sand as they do like to dig and lay under the sand sometimes. but not burrow, just a small way in... i though we had lost one until i noticed the tail poking out. ![]()

Possibly a bit too big for what were looking out for. I have an empty 18x18x24 exoterra and one of my lads wants something to go in that but something he can handle. Im sure you will find homes for the babies though, they look really nice and sound very interesting.

yeah, they're about a year old, maybe a bit more, so we arent looking at a huge clutch to start with, but we'll let you all know how it goes.
