fire and ice dragons great service

last year i purchased 2 dragons from fire and ice , one snow female and a citrus male , they were ordered through uks only fire and ice rep (on forum as woodrott)

the female snow was getting very red and i was getting concerned ,so i emailed terri at fire and ice a photo asking her opinion

terri reply was to be honest she does not look like the dragon we sent you.
then after a couple of days mark uk fire and ice rep phoned me stating he had been on phone to terri and it looks like there as been a mix up at the airport with vet checks and your dragon has been mixed up with someone elses

i then phoned terri at fire and ice and she gave me the following options

we can take the red dragon back and replace with a baby snow in january

or (this one shocked me ), you can buy at a reduced rate one of my breeding females (she as never offered one of her breeders for sale)
after the phone call terri had give me a list of names off her web site that i could purchase http://www.fireandicedragons.com/

so after looking i decided on storm the 3 year old female luecistic ( cant spell that one)

terri is worried about her reputation but this only makes it stronger and the customer service is the strong point off any great company


so all those who are after a true fire and ice dragon , i would get in touch with mark pitstock (woodrott) AS THERE IS A LOT SELLING FIRE AND ICE DRAGON THAT ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE
if they dont have certificate dont buy them as fire and ice , check with mark(woodrott) as he as list of all imports in this country


SO A MISTAKE WAS MADE AND WAS NOT TERRI FAULT AT ALL ,BUT SHE WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ANYONE WITH DRAGONS

the one i have is looking like a flame red and very nice ,so will be keeping her as well and come january storm will be on her way to me

I dealt with Mark Woodrott who defintely knows his stuff .. he makes a great cup of tea too.

i was after some fire and ice dragons and with the stories i have been reading i decided to phone terri herself(very nice lady ) and ended up ordering 2 hold back citrus dragons ( to be delivered in jan aswell)

only problem is the wait is killing me

I've been considering getting a fire dragon for a while, and its good to hear that the customer service is top notch, as I was worried what might happen if there was a problem of any kind after importing as its not like u can go knock on the door.

And you can stick me on the waiting list for babies from this little lady, i've seen the citrus male u have n hes stunning, so should be a good pairing if she goes with him
