will get a pic up as soon as possible when you say female poures do you mean little spine looking things going from side to side near his genitals if so he aint got none i dont think used to have a bearded dragon that had these but my awd aint got none so i assume hes male but will get a pic up of his genitals asap just to clarify thanks for your help

As an owner of many Aussie water dragons I think the femoral pores are not obvious in this species. The size of the crest and head are important indicators as well as chest and head colouration. Im afraid on my computer, the way the photos are displayed makes it difficult to see the detail. They are just too small !
If they can be posted larger i will try to help. But I musy say though that despite having lots of experience with this species, i find they can be very difficult to sex when young. |
