Hi, I'm new to the forum, but i am looking for either a tegu or a bosc monitor. I have had several smaller lizards before (uros, chucks and beardies). Can anyone advise me as to which might be a better choice tegu/bosc and why. Secondly, where should i look to come across a young tegu/bosc? I have been trawlling the internet for some long while now, and the majority of tegus/monitors appear to be 3+ years old, and up for rehoming. I was after a youngster that i could tame myself.

All help/hints/advice and guidence greatly recieved.

Tor

Hi mate where are from, as we could nominate some rep shops for you.
Both Tegs and Boscs are awesome and have great attitudes, but are completely different, its what you want from a lizard that will help you to decide
