Best way is to keep the humidity up and provide plenty of plants and rough bits for the cham to scratch against... If its bugging him he'll rub them off then.

When i got my adult cham he'd not shed very well particularly on his 'nose' i kept him very moist and because he seemed to have shown no signs of wanting to get it off, i didnt know how long the skin had been on there, i slowly eased it off for him, not tugging at it but just littly tugging on it to see how much i could remove without causing him distress.

you wanna be careful actually directly spraying any cham..they do not like it..you can severely stress them..all to do with the fact that they could get damage to their eyes...it worries the hell out of em!

i totaly agree with belial,i have 2 chams the older being 9 weeks and the younger nearly 4 weeks and they both shed the same day,
but the older male shed his whole body except a tiny bit on his head in 1 day whereas the younger female was having a hard time getting rid and constantly scratching her eyes and rubbing them on the fiscus,
heres the bad part for the past nearly 3 days she has had sore eyes i didnt no whether it was the fiscus with rubbing it on there (i read that the sap can cause eye trouble),the fact that she had maybe scrathed them herself,or i now found out the wife hasnt been putting enough drops in her water,
anyway she hasnt eat anything for nearly 3 days and never drank yesterday but i have removed the fiscus let her rub her eyes on my hand and moisten my hands while she has been doing this (its kinda weird but they pop there eyes in and out of the socket i read and its true seems i witnessed it first hand on my hand ),

anyway on a better note i have done all i can and although she has lost weight she has now shed fully which was bothering her and one of her eyes is open fully and she is drinking again,i actualy put abit of calcuim powder in the water just so she gets some vitamins and calcuim in her,
i dont no if because of her eyes that she was on hunger strike or not but she couldnt see anything except the uv and always headed for there, now she is basking and drinking and i am going to try and get her to eat a cricket or 2,

thing is while she was like this she was realy stressed but seemed to relax and settle down while on the palm of my hand i guess she felt secure there and she realy enjoyed rubbing her eyes on my hand, anyway i am one happy chap and i guess i will never no realy what it was but aslong as she is on the mend i am happy

just make sure it dont go in there eyes and also the drops are in there because as most of us no when you go to the swimming baths and get chlorine in your eyes it stings like i dunno what ps i am still a noob when it comes to being a cham owner but these things are sent to test us

just gotta add something else i read,
that it is very easy for a baby cham to drowned even on a drop of water,

as there nose and mouth are so close together,
and they have a hole on the inside of there mouth at the front which is where they breath through,(made me wonder why they still have nostrils but i guess air still has to get in there mouth so thats why they have them )

ooh and if you realy have to a pipet is a great thing for putting a small drop on dry skin as i also done that

plenty of research and belial are a wonderfull thing

Some chams are just allergic to ficus...like a peanut allergy in humans...if she still has probs rinse her eys with saline drops (you can get em from any pharmacy, cost about £1)

i was going to pm you belial but thought drops maybe abit strong for her at her age but i will be at the chemist after i take the kids to school in the morning, maybe a good thing to have some handy for her eye that hasnt cleared up yet although i am going to check on her in a minute,

while the subject is here is there any other treatments ointments ect that would be handy to keep just incase assuming they have a decent shelf life
