Default morio worms

Hi everyone,
I ha ve managed to get some morio worms for my beardies, they are not used to them as I usually feed locusts but I thought I would try these for a change due to stock problems at my usual dealer.
As the beardies ate them with relish, about 5 each for starters,I was wondering how many and how often to feed them, can they be used as a staple diet,to give the beardies a change of diet,or are they to be used as a treat,to be fed every now and then.
I want to give the guys a varied diet, but I want to keep it healthy as well.

Rich

Morioworms. like mealworms are not good for beardies in large numbers, only as a treat once a week.

There's too much ?chitin? in them
