Default Cresties & Heating

Is it true cresties don't need heating?
I've heard people say this, that they need UV but not heat?

My room never drops below 65f... if I had a crestie would it need heating

not if that was the lowest point at night and during the day it increased to around 70-75 than that would be ideal
