Default casque headed lizard

aka Laemanctus. sp

just after some info on keeping them. seen a pair today when i went for my bits and pieces for viv which was gonna house anoles but im debating on getting these instead. anyone ever kept them??

Wow. thats an interesing looking repti!
Are they much harder to keep than anoles? Never seen them before!

the ones in the shop are alot better than the pic, they were a beautiful green colour!
apparently they are like a water dragon but not as handle'able (new word for the dictionary)

i saw them a good while ago, and havent seen any actually for sale. they're also known as the cone-headed lizard i believe

where did you see them, and at what price?

They look nice. Your going to have to invest in a larger viv for these though. They get a fair bit larger than anoles, around two foot long.

a just got reptiles magazine and they are doing a full write up on these coneheads.did u read it??
