hi starting this thread for silly acronyms hoping someone will awnser them here is my entry
what does cws mean

assuming u mean cwd ? it stands for chinese water dragon.

Here are some more acronyms that should help you just encase you have any problems with these in the future:
bd = Bearded dragon
viv = vivarium

But its most likely CWD rather than CWS. CWD refers to: chinese water dragon as neil08 pointed out. But if its CWS I would presume its Chinese Water Snake thats if theirs a speices of it.
