Default Beardies & Waxworms

Hello All,

I am hoping you can shed some light on this one for me.
Today for the first time i brought some Wax Worms.
I have read that these are a rare treat & not to to be fed to BD's more than once a week......can anyone tell me why ??

They're very fatty and addictive, a bit like chocolate to us, and not very nutritional either if i remember rightly? Though I could be wrong on that one.

i have heard its because they are high in fat and 2 many will turn your beardie fat an make it unhealthy.
