crested gecko sexing

hey every1, i have 3 crested geckos and there aba 6-8 months old, now i was just wondering if there was any 1 out there who could sex them for me, i have taken a pic of each, now there not the best pics i could get, but its worth a try. heres the pics. as i have already said, i no there not the best pics and i also know that they are young for sexing so am not expecting any deffinate answers.

If they are male, when they get old enough there will be no mistake. Cresties have balls like watermelons.

I'm afraid the pictures arent close enough to the area betwen the legs to see if any pores are present. They all 'look' female from those photos but without seeing the pore area I couldnt say for certain. At that age they usually start developing bulges but some can develop later so lack of bulge at that age is not significant lol

cheers guy, yeah i know the pics are not that good, i could not get them to stay still, am not botherd about the sex really, the only reason i want to know, is so i can get them in together but dont want to males going in same viv.

The pictures are no where near clear enough to sex by pores and since we dont know there weights we cant really say based on the lack of balls either.

However id still say with 90% confidence that the first one id female. The second two i wouldnt even like to guess at yet

Hi,

I recently sexed 3 of mine, the two males are slow at developing bulges. But they are definately males. You might not be able to tell from bulges for a while, it depends on the gecko's.

i got my self a 10x jewellers loupe of ebay for around £4 inc postage. Grab yourself one of these and you can do a pore check.....its easy when you have the tools

at a guess but not 100% i'd say 1 and 2 are male and no 3 a female
