Cornish Crispa

Im sorry im in wrong forum as I dont know which forum to post in so i choose Lizzard cause its generally about my BD.

I made a order with Cornish Crispa 2 weeks ago and have only recived 80% of my goods, Im still waiting for my Repti Sun UV bulb and my UV reflector...

ive emailed them 3x and phone them but no answer.....

Will I even get my UV bulb and reflector? at near enough £40 i am a bit pissed ;(

thats really not good...

have u told them if you donr receive your goods soon youre going to trading standards.. usually that hurries things along

Cornish Crispa are usually pretty good, I personally always use Livefood.co.uk though

I try to avoid buying from somewhere that does not have/advertise a phone number to call. Got bitten in the past like that.

I agree. I usually buy from Livefood, but whenever I have bought from CornishCrispa, they've been pretty good......
Have you actually contacted them to let them know that only part of your order arrived?
There may have been a mix up and part of your order was left out...

I tried ringing and always get a busy tone...

Ive sent another email now (This will be 4th).

I assume you received an invoice with the 80% of the goods you did get? Be sure to check it in case the goods were not on your list for some reason. Also make sure you haven't had a £40 refund to your bank account since they might have done that if what you wanted was actually out of stock.

I have used them before and although my order did take a while to arrive i did get it all and they are generally well spoken off by other people.
