I wasn't even persuaded, the staff stayed right away.. I knew what I wanted and it wasn't cork bark. I spent 15 minutes examining all of their substrates: sand, calci-sand, gravel (!!).. So bark was the best of the bunch. And like I said, our plan is that it is VERY temporary. We are aware of the dangers and will watch him closely for the small number of days he has to be on the bark.

I dont really understand why he has to be on a substrate at all if its that temporary tho? kitchen paper works brilliantly
