Default bosc monitor has RI, HELP!!!!

hi there,
i think my bosc monitor has an RI.he has an appointment to go to the vets 2morrow morning but i need to know where i have gone wrong. My temps + humidity are spot on with what most keepers have been saying on this forum and i am always paranoid about them.Do any of you's out there think i maybe keeping him out his viv for to long?.we had him out his viv the other day for nearly 3 hours as the OH fell a sleep with him on the bed and he is out quite alot and this is the only reason i can think of ,that may have caused this.PLEASE any help would be most appreciated

Your husbandry could be perfect and your bosc could still have caught one.

so what your saying then is that i'm just a bit unlucky in regards to this and it could happen to anyone.it's just that i have read some website's on this and they pretty much all say that it's down to him being cold.i just want to get it sorted ASAP so it can't happen to him again

Being to cold and to humid can cause him getting an RI - but it sounds like its not down to that so i wouldnt worry to much

Increase his temps that should help clear it up faster along with the vets proberly recommended treatment of a course of anti-biotics.

RIS can be very serious in reps as due to there metabolism it can take a while for the symptoms to manifest...

Hopefully hell get over it and make a full recovery.
