Lizards - Males and Females - What are they?

The majority of animals have names to distinguish the male and female:

dog and bitch
cow and bull
cock and hen
etc etc

BUT - what are the names for male and female lizards?
Do different species have different names - e.g. bearded dragons different to geckos different to iguanas etc etc etc.

If they don't have names - what do you think they should be called?

And what about the young? There are puppies and kittens and calves etc - what about lizards and reptiles?

Is it the same for snakes/spiders/scorpions etc?

What do you think? Maybe we should just invent our own names for them.

Theyre just males, female and juveniles, grown on and neonates. Theyre not usually visibly different so theres no way someone could call them anything in reference to it.
