Default can i keep slow worms or not

i want to know what the law states everyone says no you cant yes you can what one is the right one and does the same law apply to a viviparous lizard as i want to keep both.

yes you can keep both the law only stops you killing, injuring and selling wild caught and captive reared.

IMO you should limit yourself to a pair keep, watch and breed them over a summer and then release them including the babies where you found them

that way you've had chance to keep them, you've bred them, you've added to the original population and most importantly they get there freedom back

as above,
dont harm kill injure
dont sell
and if your gonna breed release the babies, there arent enough in the uk, so breed away, and release.
