you could just make your own if you want...

Polysteryne box, heatmat inside rigged to a thermostat. Plastic box inside with damp vermiculite. place the eggs in this tub. Done.
Until you can get that just keep them in your AFT humid hide. Keep them humid but NOT wet. And then place that hide just off the heatmat. You dont want it directly ontop as it might get too hot. I hatched cornsnakes this way when i was 12 and knew no better.
