Black and White Tegu
Hi
I am getting a new reptile after i have finished my exams at school. I have been revising on many different lizards and snakes but have taken a particular liking to the black and white tegu. I was just wondering what peoples personal experience with these are and also any tips on owning them and pictures of their setup Many thanks Jordan

They can be little buggers as juvi's but after a long LONG taming process, a nice big and well maintained viv and a lot of insects, you'll have yourself a nice scaly puppydog who'll enjoy cuddles just as much as you do.
They really do take a long time to tame but are well worth it. Good luck

My beardie loves cuddles too lol. I spend most of my day with my lizards and really would love a bigger lizard. I am thinking of building a 6x3x3 viv out of an old wardrobe. Would this be big enough for a fully grown B+W Tegu?
