Default Adult male bearded dragon health help!

Hi guys.

I recently saw an ad for a 2 year old male beardie very nearby to me. The ad said that "they" bought the beardie 2 days ago (now 3 days ago) but have since decided they can't look after it properly. I contacted them asking for photos.

They are asking £150 for the 3ft viv, equipment, and the beardie himself.

They sent me these pictures.

My gut instinct is telling me that he's not healthy and would be a waste of money, but my heart is saying rescue the poor little thing.

Thanks in advance for any advice guys - It's really appreciated!

When I texted to ask for photos the lady/man said to me that it was their sons. Unless they bought it off their son I don't understand what's going on.

If you do decide to get him, then I wouldn't bother getting the viv too. Glass vivs are a nightmare to heat up and you'd end up having to cover the back in poly boxes to keep the heat in. Do you have any spare vivs? Maybe ask them how much for just the BD. From the photos he looks in OK health, but you'd have to see him first and do a few checks to make sure he is all fine.
