Default Silly silly gecko! Help anyone?

Right, my female has layed her second clutch of eggs today.
But, the silly thing went and laid them in her water bowl -.-
I'm wandering if they will be ok?
I took them out straight away and they can't have been in there for more than half an hour; put them straight into the incubator too.
I then went back to check on her half an hour later and she'd dug up all the substrate; intirely moved everything. Filled the water bowl with substrate and almost burried the male in the cave he was sat in!.
Is this usual for them to lay in water?
Will the eggs be ok?
Do they normally dig this much?

She didn't dig anywhere near this much last time; and she laid her eggs in her cave last time too.

right ....... eggs laid in water if caught quick enough have a good chance of surviving and incubating ok ~ females sometimes lay in the dish of no other suitable place is there or if with another leo they're disturbed/interrupted/stressed.
It's quite normal for the female to dig and cover/uncover everything.
Would personally prefer to move the male into a seperate viv/rub so he doesn't pester/stress the female out with wanting to mate etc
