what are the temps of the floor at the hot end? how many did he eat? did you pick him up at all after he'd eaten?
several things can cause them to upchuck ~ usually if temps are too low it can affect their digestion (temps at hot end should ideally be 88*F-90*F); picking them up straight after they've eaten or moving them around ~ I've found that they're best fed in the evening and left to it; also worms/parasites can cause them to regurg

Thanks for advice. Just put him in his own tank so might be colder than used to. I am still feeding them twice a day. Is it best once on an evening. ?

if the temps are colder that might explain it ~ what are the temps and how are you measuring them?

I feed my young ones once a day ~ I feed them on crix, hoppers etc in the evenings plus leave them a dish of mini-mealies to snack on over night

Do you have a thermometer (digital is best) to measure the temps as the thermostat settings can be wrong - temperature is quite critical with littleuns

Yes a digital, but as I said, he's now gone in a big tank. Although warm enough, his box was hotter.
