for instance my scorpion died while i was away on holiday (even though my mum had been looking after my collection for me) so I fed the scorp to my bosc monitor.

It died the day i came back so dont think i6t was sat there giong stale for weeks or anything.

Even if you cut the stinger off, it's a very chitonous species. I might worry about the exoskeleton causing an intestinal blockage.

I've fed accidentally bred fish fry to various other pets, but that's not quite the same as what you're describing. I have polyurethaned deceased crabs and hermit crabs, to keep on display. That might be a good use for an already deceased scorpion. Could make a gorgeous display.

I fed my dieing roaches and mantids to my other mantids.
I fed my dieing large mantis to my leo.
I will feed my sling (if it dies) to my leo.
I do not think I could feed my leos to anything as I have too much of a bond to them.

Couldn't do it, everything gets buried in the garden when it's time comes.
