Arrow Lex's Faecal results

Hey guys!

i know some of you were following Lex my BDs progress from when i put him in his newly built viv and then had to remove him quick due to the fumes.......

well since then he is looking well and i have his faecal results back too!!!!

yes yes yes...happy days people he is all clear! had the full parasitology test carried out (no point in only half a test being done for £10) so sent off to Pals Laboratory and the results are as follows:


MICROBIOLOGY

Direct

No ova, cysts or parasites seen.
Cryptosporidium : Negative

Concentrate

No ova, cysts or parasites seen.

how much are the full faecal tests im thinking of getting my new chuck done????

no not yet as i just removed the sand, put self adhesive tiles in its place and used sealant to fill gaps that cricekts can get through. so i've been leavin doors closed and heat light on and when i get home, open doors to let air for the last 2 weeks...not going to put him back until its clear of fumes this time

you just give em a call, tell em ur address and they'll send you the paperwork and a test tube with integral poo scoop happy days.

then once you have 3 days worth of samples (with a few drops of cooled, yet boiled water in with them to stop the samples drying out) send it in the envelope they also send you which already has postage paid..

couldnt make it any easier

within 48H of them recieving the samples they'll email u the results.
