Default Whats wrong with Beardies legs........

PLS PLS HELP!!!!
We have a 9 - 10mth old beardie called Hope. She as always been very aggressive and will bite although getting better as I have been trying to tame herdown.
HOWEVER PLS HELP - her BACK legs seem to have gone limp and she is dragging them. We noticed this morning! OF COURSE she will be going to vets will make appointment tomorrow, BUT does anyone know wot MAY be wrong with her.
She is in a 4ft viv and as 2 long branches, her food bowl for salad and a large rock. She eats crickets size 4, mealworms, wax worms, locusts and odd pinky!!!!
We have just given her a bath in warm water and some olive oil TO SEE IF THAT HELPS.
Any ideas or help we would be grateful as this is really upsetting.
Thanks in advance

dont think prey is too big to be honest!!!
Also we use nubrol / calcuim dust on livefoods

However impaction is a big fear. What does the vet do about this???
Thanks

It sounds like impaction. When this happens to a beardie, the guts go across the dragons spine. The pressure that is caused by the impaction build up presses on the spine and they lose the use of the back legs.

Get it in a warm bath asap and let it soak for half hour or so to see if you can get it shifted but it sounds like a vet job to me

Hope this helps

depends on what the vet decides .you can try a little olive oil just a tiny bit let the dragon lick it off your finger and as advised a nice warm bath try to massage the tummy not to hard stroking down toward the vent.vet is best bet though hope all turns out well for the littln

I have just had a similar experience with Zeus my Beardie, his legs went limp and he had not had a poop for 4 days. I took him to Amey Zoo and Mark gave him a tummy massage and he did quite a big poop which was all white. I had been giving him too much calcium (I am using Notrobal Calcium powder). He is now back to normal
