Brumation ...please help
my female beardie has been hidin out for over a week not eatin, no poop, no nothin very sleepy is she hibernation as such for peace of mind id like to no cos im worryin about her
how long should this last if it is infact Brumation ??? please anyone....

Have you changed anything in the cage recently? What are the temperatures and what UV are you using? Have you been keeping track of her weight?

well there was a 100 watt in there but it blew so changed it for a (60) and b4 that a 60. i did read some where this can affect them?? the 100 watt wasnt in there long
i have been checkin her weight has dropped a little she eats the odd crickets but no veg for last week her male companion has been slightly less active but stil comes out nothin else has changed.. she did lay 2 months ago but has been fine since thanks for replyin

Are you keeping a male/female together? How old are they? Do you have hides in the viv? And temps?

yes i do keep my male and female together.. i bought them together at a young age and have been ever since never fought and get on very well
my female actually came out today of her own accord so i hope she is comin out of it now
