Sloppy shop or bad shop?

Went into a certain reptile centre in South Wales at the weekend. Not going to say which one cos we go in there a lot and its usually been really good. This visit however we weren't so impressed. There was a dead Angma in one of the vivs. At least 5 dead frogs in another one of which had been dead for a while as it was just the skeleton. Although it was quite concealed under a rock so may have crawled away to die and not been noticed. the others looked fairly recent. The rest of the animals all looked really healthy. Tempted to not go back again. But they are our regular supplier for live food after my last venture into the Pet shop in Barry revealed dead fish in every tank and several dead baby dragons and iggys. Reported them though cos when I mentioned an injured dragon the girl serving couldn't be bothered. What would you do? Give them the benifit of the doubt or not go back?

hi im new on here but yes we know what you mean we have a place were we live now and every so often we go there to see if it has improved but every single time we come away feeling the same my husband goes mad and me and the kids feel so upset at this place not once have i ever seen fresh veg or crickets etc.i keep saying im gonna report them but will anything be done.

Did you mention it to anyone at the time in the shop? Maybe give them a quick ring, ask to speak to the manager, and let him know what you've seen?
