I've certainly never seen them for sale, nor heard of anyone outside of Australia keeping them...

I suspect people who have "seen" them for sale in this country will be thinking of the Horned Lizard instead?

i think you just have to know what you doing with them and know how to loook after them i suppose
where would you get them from?

thorny devils require alot of care and knowlege they eat only ants and pretty much do that all day i would not recomend buying one because it shall be short lived they are really cute neverther less i only know this because my misses wanted one lol there is a lizard that looks very much the same and its called a blood squirting lizard and it squirts blood out of its eyes as a defense machanism very cool

borneo short tailed python
labrinth burmese pthon
common boa
yemen chameleon
pink tongue skinks
lepard geko
stripe knee bird eater
corn
