Question can anyone answer ???

Hi i have kept bearded dragons for well ages and am now wanting to get back into lizards again and i was wondering if anyone could tell me a good starter lizard to breed i have been interested in trying to breed a lizard for some time but now i want to jump in and get started i have heard that gekos are a good starter lizard. I was just wondering if this is true and how hard are they to breed

cheers again

Leopard geckos are one of the easiest lizards to keep and breed. Only downside to this is that everyone seems to be breeding them at the moment and the market is awash with babies. Sleepydee has an excellent "sticky" in the breeder section of the forum.

tbh i would breed leos there way to poular as theres numerous post around about how saturated the market is with them

theres other stuff you cant breed that arent as popular like collared lizards, rankins(which are still quite popular), dwarf sungazers are pretty easy to keep( although probably not the easiest to breed), theres stenos

the list could go on for a long time whatdo you want out of the lizard and i alsosuggest you dont jump staight into breeding and get a bit more experience with the lizards before you do. also i wouldnt reccomend you breed cresties beardies or leos as the market is full of them at the moment
