Company for Goku...

I was just wondering about getting my Male CWD some company the other week and a friend of a friend has a young female that she's looking for a new home for. Goku is around 2 years old and the young female I'm guessing is around a year old, maybe younger but I know she's been sexed so obviously can't be that young. If I wanted to get Goku a companion should I be looking for a female of a similar size or should it not matter? There's plenty of space in the viv for them both once I've finished the quarantine.

the age isnt so important. its big they both are. they should both be a close size to each other and the viv should also be large enough that they can escape unwanted attention from each other. how big is the viv you have? and what are the sizes of both dragons?

as long as there is not to much difference in size they should be ok although if you are going to have male and female it is better to have at least two females as once they start breeding the male will constantly pester her

Goku is about 2 foot long snout to tip of tail, the female is probably 15 or 16 inches, she seems small for her age and I suspect she's been undernourished because the owners really don't seem to know what they're doing... I've given them plenty of advice but it seems like they didn't know what they were getting themselves in for! The viv is 6ftx4ftx3ft
