Default Roaches - Where to buy?

Hi all!

As some of you know, my BD has zero interest in crickets. People have mentioned roaches but I haven't seen any anywhere.

Can anyone suggest a good online source for these? Or if anyone knows of any shops that stock them in South/West Yorkshire that would be even better!

Thanks in advance

I have bought a starter colony of Dubia roaches from Rickeezee (on these forums), and would recommend you buy from him. They arrived well packed, all alive, and were sent out when he said they would be, and arrived when they were supposed to. I was very pleased with them.

Pretty much. You just give them a dark tank, a heat source to get it to 80+ and a little moisture if you live in a dry area. They breed by themselves, higher temperature and more food make them breed even more.

Only thing about roaches is that you will have to breed them to make them worth while as they are v expensive per bug so you really don't want to be buying them in as you feed them to your beardie.

I'm sure if you buy from Rickeezee he'd help you out with any info you needed, i'm tempted myself but not sure i have a big enough set up for them...

i was given about 8 of them when i went to pick up my beardie, they're kinda like pets! I haven't fed them to my beardie coz i want to breed them but they won't breed coz i don't have enough of them lol
