age limit?

Just wondering out of intrest is there an age on what you can buy reptiles on? or certain reptiles?
Im 16 and read you have to 18 or with an adult,
but i have manerged to buy 2 reptiles now without been asked?
I dont expect many replies just a question outa intrest!

as the law stands you are supposed to be over the age of 16 to buy a pet (if under then it's down to the parents) and most good shops and breeders follow this with some even upping the age to 18.
I personally will not sell to anyone who is under the age limit (unless I'm dealing/talking to their parents)

hi ya think there is an age limit for any animal. thought you had to be over 18 to go buy a rabbit from a pet shop,maybe wrong

YOu have to be 16 to buy any pet unless with an adult
