always wondered how
ive always wonder how some geckos can climb surfaces vertally, cresties, tokeys etc.
can someone explain to me how?

ok think of tiny little hair like structures on there feet, I mean really tiny and lots of them...... then think velcro but everythings the fluffy side

the hairs are like micro scopic hairs with split ends and manage to get them into micro scopic scratches in glass and stuff, they also have claws on the ends of their toes (Tokays anyway) so they can stick them into wall paper and wood and stuff, pretty impressive really.

If you let a cresty or a tokay walk on your skin it feels like they have got velvet slippers on lol, it's awsome
