Question wardrobe conversion?

ok there is this wardrobe in argos that is 6.5x2x2FT thats HxWxD i was thinking i can put it on the ground so it 6.5ft long and do perspex slideing doors what sort of monster or monster's can house in there?

it whold save me a whole lot of money i mean 70 quid for wardrobe the bout 20-30 quid for runners and perspex slideing doors then like 50 quid to kit it out with a load of stuff to fit lizards needs 150 quid insted of like 300 which all the outher rip off setups cost.

will cost alot more to kit a viv out then £50...

starter and uv is about 50 as your going to need a 48" bulb. probaly two

dimmer stats are expensive aswell

Not counting heating basking bulbs clam holders thermostats decoration substrate etc etc etc. We brought a frog the other day that cost two hundred quid to do and that was a simple little 18x18x18 set up

yep fair enough but it whold still be cheeper than bying from reptile shop

Defo. If your converting it why dont you look down your local B and Q and check out the prices to build from scratch Its a fraction of the cost of buying one

If you are going to convert a wardrobe why not go to a second hand shop and get one .I got one for thirty pounds and converted it for a bosc monitor worked out really cheap

yer fair point if i do it i will check out the carboots b&q and second hand shop's.
argos will properly be a last resort
