chams use their colour to show their moods, they enhance thier colour when they see a mate, or another male to warn them off,

i heard beardies change their colour, and under their throat goes black.

my cwd goes darker greens and lighter greens

but thats mimicry. they don't change into that colour to fend of predators, they are that colour.

Tokays eat other smaller lizards and small snakes in the wild, so do monitors and leopard lizards (not geckos) eat each other if they look weak or very small.

yh but the colour itself is defense as predators wont go near it. i made mistake i looking for both lizards that have warning colours and those that change colour for defense
