Grange Reptiles and South Coast Exotics are probably the 2 best ones in Hampshire. im guessing you live somewhere around the Hampshire/Dorset border, hence asking for places in both counties? if so then you arent going to be too far away from either of those 2. Grange Reptiles are near Botley, and Southcoast Exotics are near Waterlooville. Emsworth Aquatics is quite big with a wide range of livestock, but i wasnt hugely impressed by the staff knowledge when i went there. Grange Reptiles and Southcoast Exotics both have excellent staff who really know their stuff and are also enthusiastic reptile keepers themselves.

i think Grange Reptiles offer a price matching service on their products. if you can find it cheaper on the net or in another shop they will usually match it. their prices are very good to begin with though.

I would not advise to use reptilarium,
The shop is poorly looked after and so are the animals imo.
Southern aquatics are very good, reptiles plus also is vey good

I personally prefer Grange reptiles over any others local to me, have had bad experience in southcoast exotics, won't go into any details, not fair on them and i'm sure it was a one off. don't like Emsworth for their prices, think they are a bit steep, but I did buy a CB red eye tree frog for only £25 which is a bargain lol. I will only go for breeders for livestock now though, you can definately be sure of what you're buying and the breeder usually is more 'expert' on that particular animal. but then it's personal choice at the end of the day isn't it, and we all have different likes and dislikes and all think different things about various places.
I would suggest a visit to as many as you can to gain your own opinion xx
