Id like the bit of paper tho tbh. If my little hobby ever decides to become a career then I have a good chance of getting into it with an accredited course or two

Hi, have you checked your local colleges for small animal care courses? I'm not aware of any specific rep related courses (not that I've had cause to look), but some colleges do offer a general course which would include reptiles and amphibians as well as fish and mammals. I used to teach such a course and always included exotics as well as more traditional pets.

theres an agricultural college about 2 minutes down the road from me (lackham) but they dont do rep courses they keep them just dont teach about them. They told me to go to another college and even gave me details of the course they were offering but when I phoned the college they havent got a clue about it although they advertise doing it in several places! I was thinking about doing a home course but unsure what benefit thatd have

I dont think there is any specific rep course.

The only on i did find, companies dont class it as a proper qualification anyway.

If you do an animal management course, they are sometimes included, bu you barely learn anything to be honest.

Better off doing it the cheap way and just doing research
