Help Lizard Tail

my baby water dragon got his tail on somthng coz about 5cm of the end is hard and its a bit bend and now my mam went to look on him and his tail was stuck in by the stick and the viv wall and he couldnt move and now the bottom end is bent i dont know what to do if i take the sticks out all he is left with is the stones the fake plant and water bowl and he wouldnt be close to the basking light if i take it out. what should i do, i dont want it to be any bad he seems fine still jumping from the sticks and basking.

hmm do you know for sure that his tail was hurt by the sticks? even though you saw it stuck there? he sounds pretty happy as he is...you could consider taking them out for a few days to prevent any more damage to the tail

the end of the tail is dead its coming off slowly and it clean ill keep cleaning it but i cant do nothink for the end of the tail now poor thing. thing happen, but he still fine.

maybe a vets trip is needed?

there isnt no point it is dead and all they will do is take it off and clean it, i been cleaning it, its clean anyway all it will do now is drop off. he is fine in im self doing the same as he always do.

Watch out for dry gangrene in the healing tip. Also have you checked the viv over to make sure he can't get it trapped again anywhere else?

he got it trap by the stick log thing and the viv so i moved it away. there isnt nothink else to move he likes to jump from the long to the bottom and from the bottom to the log and jump down the the crickets thats all he do really so he must of got it traped them my mam seen it coz she help him.

i dont want to take the sticks out coz if i did all he will have is the small stones left it wouldnt be like a home to him. when he gets bigger he will have a big viv so it should be better and he will have bigger sticks. i dont know if it have happen to any one lizard. all i can do for now is keep it clean.
