Default Young bearded dragon eating no veg

Hi all,
I got a bearded dragon a few weeks ago now. Since I have had him/her it has eaten no fruit/veg at all. I have put various things in for him/her to no avail. He/She eats plenty of crickets, locusts and the occasional mealworm. I do gut load all his/her live food. Should I be worried about this?

Thanks in advance

Tone

No dont be overly concerned at the moment just keep putting it in the viv.. Another trick to try is to put some meal worms in the veg so it moves.. This sometimes encourages them to eat their veg.

This is one of the reasons that I offer my babies veg from day one.. Not one baby will leave here not pigging out on veg.

Liz

Thanks Liz that makes me feel better about it. I have added a couple of mealworms into the veg. Will let you know how it goes.

Cheers

easiest way is to buy a tub of cress, cut around the plastic tub (what the cress is in) and dump it in the viv, eventually they will nibble at it , saves changing greens daily, once it gets the taste for greens you can start adding the bowl of greens again.
