Default my crestie has just laid 2 perfect eggs :) but need help

my crestie has just laid 2 little eggs 15mins ago

my incubator isnt at home and wont be here till tomorrow night
what can i do with the eggs till then ?


any help would be great thanks

I hatch my crested gecko eggs in a spare room, in perlite in a cricket tub and the whole thing popped in a polly box.......no extra heat needed.

would they be ok in the airing cupboard till they hatch

and what humidity should i keep them at

put in cricket tub with vermiculite moitened if you have any and stick in a warm place like airing cuboard till tomorrow. your incubater shoul need avfew days to get temps right. just keep the warm but dont cook them

They will be fine at room temps too

airing cupboard could well be too warm, they are better incubated at between 72and 75 degrees(so room temp is fine ) and a bit of fluctuation wont hurt........ high temps could end up with, at best tiny weedy premature babys .

my incubator is all setup as there is about 20 incubators that my grandparents use to hatch about 500 chicks a week lol iv just borrowed 1

but in thinking of putting them in a polly box in my reptile room now

mine are just on a shelf in the rep room at about 24degrees, in a sealed tub of perlite.
they take a long time but the babies are fine and big and strong.
