Default New to the forum, wanted advise about cresties

Hello everyone i am new to the forum and looking to get myself some crested geckos onces i have done enough readin up on them. I used to own a bearded dragon ( BUD ) and corn snakes before i moved to weston super mare and didnt have the room to take them with me, now i am in a nice big house and i would like to get some cresties to go in it.

A little about me, i'm 24 love animals. I breed and exhibit mice, which all started from being a feeder breeder. I have 3 guinea pigs Pogo, Poof and Pringle all naughty little boys. I am a taxi driver in WSM which is a little unusal for a 24 yr girly.

I would love all the information you could give me in successful crested gecko keeping. I am reading up about them, but im sure that the experience that you guys have will out weigh a book.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello ,
I am new to crested geckos too - There is lots of threads on crested geckos and here are a few to help you -

Lighting - Who Uses Lights For There Crested Geckos

Overheating and under heating (But room temp around 72 - 78 is good for them)
Crested Geckos Advice on Overheating and Underheating

Diet :
Clarks Gecko Diet- THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

And they are quite easy to care for from what i have found out-
Just mist daily reaching around 80% humidity and then letting it drop to about 50% until you mist it again the next day ...
Feed crested gecko diet every other day and some live foods what have been dusted - All live feeds with pain calcium if they have a uvb light then every third live feed with nutrobal ...

Hope this helps

Hello and Wohic breeds some stunning cresties and is, I think, based in Yeovil. Try sending her a PM.
