Default Feeding ledges for Cresties?

Are they worth buying?

I'm thinking of getting one for mine as she doesn't seem to like eating her food off the floor and I think this might help.

Do they actually prefer eating for higher up?

Also...tips for improving her sticky feet? She's having trouble with the glass.

Thanks

They look pretty and from what I've heard they do use them... where to put it with regards to height on the glass is down to personal preference of yourself and your crestie
I'm using one when I get my little guy.
With regards to stickiness, is it possible she's coming up for a shed? Or possibly walked through her food and got some stuck between the pads?

Thanks

She only shed a couple of weeks which is why I'm a bit worried. She was fine after her last shed so I don't think she's got shed stuck. She does tend to walk through her food but her feet don't feel dirty/sticky like they normally do.
Could I try wet kitchen roll on her feet to clean them?

Might be an idea to bathe her feet a bit. But she's young, isn't she? Younger cresties shed more often than older ones so she may well be due one fairly soon

And on a side note I notice you have a white German shepherd... I envy you, I truly do

Oh and as the the stickyness, make sure the glass is clean and that there is no stuck shed or food on her feet. You could always try giving her a sauna, video below

I have both If I were a crestie I would use them lol! They are really quite an intuitive product.
Even if the animal doesn't use them, they create a more interactive, 3D environment.

Haha and yes I do. Got him from a rescue as well. A lucky find I would say especially since he has full papers

Well I have found that they love using the feeding ledge and Dylan spends most of his time in or on the hide

Thank you I'll clean the glass and give her feet a clean. She was alright after her last shed so I'm guessing it must be dirt. She does tend to walk through her food.
