Default bearded dragon acting weird

i was doing a propper clean.i took evey thing out but the beardie and then i moved the substrate to the side and put evey thing back but the basking log. the the beardie moved it all off by doing a swimming action. then i was cleaning out the poo only 2 peaces he kept on trying to bite the spoon then once i got all the poo out he had one more so i took that out. as i was putting the log in he kept on getting in the way but i put it in after trying for 10 mins. then i closed the viv and he kept on jumping up at the glass.
what could be the matter with shim or is shim winding me up
