Hi there boys and girls

So I am now in the midst of setting up a viv for a group of pigmy chams, and after scouring the internet for availability it seems I will have to purchase them from the above website.

I have been given a couple of websites(I wont name them) but they seem to be unable to reply to email's or phone calls, a shame as I am the type of person who if finds a reliable place would use them constantly, oh well never mind, thems the breaks, its weird because they came highly recommended!

Sooooooooo........ anyone ordered livestock from the above site? you can not actually phone them which worries me a bit as I have a few questions for them. Any experiences good or bad please pm me as I plan to set up a lovely natural environment for these guys and am spending a fair wad of cash even before I purchase the chams.

I don't want it to be a waste of time and money and be sent some poorly chams!

Cheers

III

Ive only used them once and they sent me the wrong frog. I had no idea at the time because i just thought it was a young giant african bullfrog which turned out to be a dwarf lol.

I've not dealt with them myself, but I do know where they get the Pygmy Chams from and so can recommend the animals themselves.
Good luck with finding some!

Every time I've looked they seem to have been VERY overpriced.

Could you make it to the IHS show at Rodbaston, may find some there.

Ive actually just ordered some more chams from them, I ordered last wednesday, was meant to be sent out in 1-2 working days and not heard anything yet, still awaiting dispatch on the status and they have taken the money. Ive heard some good things about them tho but it would so much more helpful if they replied to emails and had a phone number.

Have you checked the classified section on this site out there could be some charms on there for sale and for a better price than exotic pets website

I havent used them and have heard bad things..but id assume they are ok for the most part.

I emailed them the other week to let them know they had basiliscus plumifrons [green basiliscs] labelled with the wrong lating name [i think it had jubata splendida- green tree dragon]
and got an automated response...
if I had then had a personal response saying "oh ok cheers for noticing that mate, fixed now" I would have been happy.... but i didnt...which is fine... but as the bad things I have heard generally are liek you just said... poor comunication it doesnt look awesome.

Id avoid if I could.
Have you spoken to Exopet atall? he may be able to help you.

I've experienced a site like that I ordered quite a few things.. I wasn't sent any kind of confirmation for my order by mail or anything and when i emailed them to ask what was going on a few weeks later after a week of waiting I got a message saying i needed to message another department which i would never have even known about.. and this was a much bigger website than the one you have been in touch with.. infact it's one of the leading pet companies on the net.

waste of time and thats being nice
