Bearded Dragon Mites

I've been having trouble lately with Mites. My Beardie has had a sore above his eye can't actually see a mite in there but there's been a few around and he keeps scratching the scab off and it's bleeding alot. I've been bathing him but can anyone advise me what to do next if it doesn't get better?

use flea treatments and if hes bleeding maybe u should take him to a vet
another option for mites there is a special bulb that drives mites away they have a 2 metre radius and cost about £13

just bath him every other day in fresh warm water and clean his viv and they will soon go

my 3 gargs have them got mitee off by zoo med - washed everythign in vivi seems fine now
