OMG so angry!
As a lot of you know from my previous threads, i have been waiting for my exoterra viv for nearly 4 weeks and it keeps getting lost and then i keep taking days off work and it hasnt turned up..
well i finally found it and got it today! Woooo! SO I THOUGHT! I just opened it and the front door is blooooody smashed! I'm so mad  NEVER EVER go with citylink!

It's an absolute pain in the f*****g arse! I've already taken 2 days holiday off this year to wait in my house for it to be delivered. Like i said before i've been waiting nearly 4 weeks and now it's broken.
I've asked for a full refund, as i'm not waiting another 4 effing weeks! I was going to buy one from someone else who said they would deliver it to my house (as they'd messed it up first time which led me to go with this other seller).. I'm just not destined to get this viv =( I'm soooooooooooooo angry as the longer i have to wait for the viv, the longer i have to wait to get my gecko!

I wouldn't necessarily blame City Link.
Blame the people who didn't protect the item appropriately in the packaging. I work for a gift shop; we ship nearly all our products via City Link, and out of 1300+ packages we only have four breakages I'm aware of. And each of those four can be traced to something WE did wrong in packaging the item! Now, disappearances... that's something else entirely!

What a bummer no wonder you're so f*****g p****d off I would be too, bad enough waiting 4 weeks but for it to turn up broken, well........ hope you get sorted soon

I'm blaming city link because they're crap. All they have to do is pick up a parcel.. travel and deliver it. They 'lost' the first one then they lied and said they'd tried to deliver it to my house.. yet i was in all day and they didn't leave a card saying they'd tried to deliver. I pretty much sat by the door just incase i didn't hear them come. Then they said it was in Lincoln (where i am) and they'd lied about that because in those 4 weeks, it stayed in Edinburgh and hadn't even been dispatched to me as i found out on monday.
The icing on the cake is that it's cracked. Yeah the guy should have packaged it better which i'm annoyed about too.
