Default leo viv going naturalistic

whats the best way to make a leo viv naturalistic with safety HIGHLY regarded?

i know about sand and calci sand and impaction so has anyone got a naturalistic look safely??

you can use till's etc and glue sand on to them with PVA... you can also use this method to build shelves and caves.

well tbh sand is not natural to them anyways, well not pure sand, they live in rocky areas and caves, with like a sandy/gravely/rocky type surface. so the best and safest way would be a rock effect, you could use tiles for the floor in a sandy colour, get some rocks of varing sizes (ling as they far to big for the leo to ingest) get some polystires and go mad and makes the backs/side look rocky and put maybe on little plant in

dont use pva, it is not waterproof and so means you cannot clean it. i did have a viv once that we put sand on the back wall and shelve, we used varnish for this as makes it waterproof

tills?? did ya mean tiles? or is it somethin i dont no about lol! so if i use a load of washed stones as a substrate then?? would it not find them difficult to walk on?? lol think im just worryin!! i have some wood in ther, what plants can i use??
