Curly kale, fresh spring greens, cress.
Have you tried butternut squash?

There is a sticky thread at the top of the lizard section about feeding beardies.

Alfalfa is a kind of grass Dean is right, you can get it from places that sell horse feed. Some places sell it for rabbits as well - I got some alfalfa hay from a petfood store. I wouldnt personally feed the stalks directly to my skinks; I grind it up into a chunky powder and sprinkle it on rest of the food. Its meant to be quite high in protein.

its a huge hard fruit.
its difficult to slice up and if you dont eat it yourself you may find most of it goes to waste.
None of our lizards eat it..which i guess is handy as i dont like slicing it.
None the less its worth a try.

just a sugestion, fruit wise..I personally have found KIWI FRUIT and PEAR the easiest to manage and get the beardies to eat, plus you can use half and its ok for a couple days.

It's an aquired taste for humans and beardies alike. I cut out a small chunk for Spike and grate it into his bowl (just the flesh not the skin) then i cut the rest in half, put it the oven (cut side down) at 180c for 45 mins and eat it. But since only spike and i like it most goes to waste.

You can buy smaller squashes (different varieties) at good veg shops (real foods etc) They look like mimi pumpkins but different colours.
