crestie substrate

im getting a crestie soon i hope and i want to make the enclosure as naturall looking as possible so what substrate is best to use and allso hld humidity i was thinking of moss but im not sure as i would like to breed them one day and id be worried that if there is moss in there the female wont use a laybox and could lay anywere
im proberly wrong but i dont know much about these just what ive read

i use organic compost in my crestie viv but i use it as i have live plants but i would have a look at artgeckos web page its very useful will tell u loads.

art geckos web page is very good but im sure i read using moss for laying boxes i didnt see anything about useing it as a substrate
