Right, Ive decided to invest in a proper incubator. I dont really trust myself to make from scratch a fully working incubator...would rather be safer by using a manufactured one.
My O/H has been reading about the "Herp Nursery II" which sounds like it does the business...but is there any others that are just as good?
Any help would be appreciated...let me know the pros and cons of any youve got/used before

I converted the drawers, and all locusts are happy in their new pad. Still breeding them like wildfire...and theyve even bred now without a heat mat, I just put the lighting on all day, thats it.
Had a couple of mis-lays this time though, no chance they were gunna hatch...the other locust ate them as soon as they had been laid on the floor

Ive left the waxies that long, theyve started pupating and turning to moths
I found that just leaving them to it in the airing cupboard didnt quite work right. They hatched etc, but didnt grow very fast...until I put the container on top of the boiler tank itself.
Now I need to get more tall containers, more mix and find more room on the tank

Dunno whats up, but now Ive got 2 colonies on the go...the beardies wont touch 'em! They want locusts and morios n veg, nothing else, no variety, no different! If thats the case, I might as well sell the roaches, instead of breeding soemthing Im not gunna use. I will leave them abit, try them again, if they still wont eat them, goodbye roaches
