hi, you're right it don't hurt, my carpet the same a have to be careful when i get her out of her enclosure or feeding tub, but once i got her she's just amazing, absolutely loving, she's a 2009 and about 4.5 foot .
I'm thinking about getting jaguar carpet they are gorgeous !

thats a nice carpet you've got there, is he or she snappy ? mine has had me once,
my mistake thou, attempted to get her out from the feeding tub after feeding her.
